【 摘 要 】
The race and gender gap in American wages is wellknown and documented. This has been attributedto multiple potential causative factors, includingdifferences in time demands between men andwomen at home, contract negotiating differencesbetween the sexes, implicit bias of employers andexecutives, socioeconomic intersection with race, and more. Anderson et al focuses specifically on thesalary gaps in family medicine.1 The authors positpotential causes and recommend additional studiesto further elucidate underlying factors.
