【 摘 要 】
The human brain is a complex organ, responsible for regulating everything from our emotions and thoughts to ourbodily functions. When things go awry in the brain, it can have a significant impact on our mental and physical health. This has led to the development of a field of medicine known as neuropsychopharmacology, which focuses on thestudy of drugs that affect the brain and behavior.Neuropsychopharmacology has led to many important discoveries in the field of medicine, particularly in the treatmentof mental illnesses and neurological disorders. For example, antidepressants such as Selective Serotonin ReuptakeInhibitors (SSRIs) are commonly used to treat depression and anxiety disorders. These drugs work by increasing thelevels of serotonin in the brain, which can help regulate mood and reduce symptoms of depression.【 授权许可】
