【 摘 要 】

In mole ratio 1:1, four molybdenum (VI) complexes (A2, B2, C2 and D2) were synthesized by thereaction of MoO2(acac)2 with semicarbazone ligands derived from 3-methoxy-2-hydroxybenzaldehyde(A), 5-chloro-2-hydroxybenzaldehyde (B), 2-hydroxybenzaldehyde (C) and 2-hydroxynaphthaldehyde1 13 (D). The synthesized ligands and complexes were structurally characterized by FTIR, HNMR, CNMR;furthermore the complexes were identified by EDX and SEM spectroscopic techniques. The anti-tumoractivity of the ligands and their complexes was extracted by their ability to bind with DNA. Thespectroscopic and physical methods were used to studying the binding activity. The spectroscopicmethod showed decreases in the absorbance with increases the DNA amount added to the ligand orcomplex. This behavior indicates the intercalation binding mode with DNA. On the other hand, thephysical method was carried out by measurement the viscosity changes due addition the ligand orcomplex to DNA. The results revealed that the viscosity increases as the ligand or complex increases, thisbehavior confirms the intercalation binding which consistent with spectroscopic results. The bindingconstants (Kb) were calculated. The results exhibited a noticed binding strength for complexes compare tothe ligands with DNA, which are follow the order D, D2 > B, B2 > A, A2 > C, C2.
