【 摘 要 】

Tellurium (Te) doped Bismuth Antimony (BiSb) sample has been prepared in the form of the pellet (Bulk) with the help of a compression method using a Pelletizer. Using Tellurium (Te) doped Bismuth antimony (BiSb) pellet was used for the study of dielectric properties through VNA (Vector Network Analysis) in the high range of frequency 200 MHz to 20 GHz. From initial data obtained for the study, DC conductivity, Dielectric loss, Dielectric constant, AC conductivity, and Real & Imaginary Electric modulus have been figured. All these properties have been used for exploring different mechanisms involved in the examination of dielectric spectroscopy.
