【 摘 要 】

Currently, about 10% of patients requiredunplanned readmissions within 30 daysafter discharge.1 2 This proportion has notchanged substantially over the past severalyears despite intense efforts to improve thedischarge process.Although several studies3 4 have beenperformed, including patients’ and physicians’ opinion on the preventability ofreadmissions and factors that wouldpredict preventability, only a few studieshave included nurses’ opinions and theconsensus with all stakeholders.5 Weaimed to determine the patient’s opinionon preventable readmission, associatedfactors and the extent to which patients, nurses and physicians agree on readmission preventability.
