【 摘 要 】

The specific heat and low-field susceptibility of the diluted magnetic semiconductor Zn(1-x)Fe(x)S (x < 0.26) have been measured for temperatures below 20 K and magnetic field up to 2.75 T. The specific-heat data for low Fe concentrations (x < 0.03) are well described in a simple crystal-field model taking into account isotropic Heisenberg-type antiferromagnetic interaction between Fe ions. Based on this model, the lower limit for nearest-neighbor (NN) antiferromagnetic exchange interaction is estimated as (J(NN)) > 22 K.
