【 摘 要 】

Localization in antidot lattices subjected to a magnetic field is numerically studied. Oscillations of the localization length with periods of Phi(0)/2 and Phi(0), where Phi(0) is a flux quantum h/e, as a function of flux passing through a unit cell are obtained and an insulator-quantum Hall transition point where the Fermi level crosses extended states is identified. It is revealed that extended states float up in energy and disappear at a critical magnetic field. The results are in good agreement with recent experiments.
