【 摘 要 】

The lack of soil moisture resulted in strongly reducing soil evaporation and cooling, which in turn intensifies the temperature extremes during the summer. Soil moisture is not an easily measured quantity. Soil moisture and rainfall influence each other. Rainfall contributes to blue water sources to about 39% and the rest is green water source. Agriculture uses both blue and green water.
