【 摘 要 】

Restless legs syndrome (RLS) is a common neurological disordercharacterized by an urge to move the legs, particularly in theevening and at night [1]. Epidemiological studies have shown that5%–15% of European and North American populations suffer fromRLS, whereas the prevalence is lower in most Asian populations, ranging from 1% to 3% [2]. Because of its high prevalence, RLSleads to an important social and economic impact by disruptingsleep, affecting work productivity and the quality of life.
