Miss. Dep’t of Emp’t Sec., 320 So. 3d 523 (Miss. 2021), the Supreme Court of Mississippi affirmed the Mississippi Department of Employment Security Board of Review’s determination that a police officer who was terminated because of mental illness did not engage in misconduct and was therefore entitled to unemployment benefits.
