Keystone Anesthesia Consultants, Ltd., 256 A.3d 1164 (Pa. 2021), the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania ruled that portions of a hospital credentialing committee’s records may be protected from discovery in a medical negligence lawsuit under both state and federal protections for medical peer review.
