Honeywell Int'l Inc., 923 F.3d 18 (1st Cir. 2019), the First Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed a district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of an employer in an action brought under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), 42 U.S.C. § 1210 (1990), where the employee had inconsistences between her application for Social Security Disability Income (SSDI) and her claims in the legal case.
