【 摘 要 】
Let there be light ! A regulatory strategy enabling to fine-tune the kinetics of enzyme-catalyzed reactions under out-of-equilibrium conditions is exploited. By synthesis and incorporation of reversible photoswitchable inhibitors, the output of bottom-up constructed enzymatic systems could be controlled using light. In addition, two enzymes were independently photoregulated in a bi-enzymatic system using light of different wavelengths.
