【 摘 要 】
Among the most frequent family conflicts inhomes with small children are those associatedwith adults struggling to tear children and teenagers away from the captivating screens ofsmartphones and tablets. It is not for nothingthat a popular self-help book bears the title ofGlow Kids: How Screen Addiction IsHijacking Our Kids – and How to Break theTrance (Kardaras, 2016). Children’s screentime has soared during the pandemic, warneda New York Times article already at the beginning of 2021 (Richtel, 2021). During theCOVID-19 pandemic, parenting strategies concerning screen time have been linked to bothchildren’s behavioral problems and sleep problems (Oliveira et al., 2022).
