【 摘 要 】
In this study, the Al/Mg powders were firstly used to improve the wear resistance of titanium by mean of the laser cladding technique, which owned a great potential in the field of the surface modifications of the metals. Laser cladding of the Mg/Al+TiN pre-placed powders on pure Ti can form the TiN reinforced composite coatings. With addition of 10wt.%TiC, the growth of the TiN was retarded in a certain extent, which further increased the wear resistance of the coating. This research provided essential experimental and theoretical basis to promote the application of the laser cladding technique in the manufacturing and repairing of the aerospace parts.
