【 摘 要 】

Telework has been the object of more and more interest over recent years, especially in Europe, since the European commission has adopted a general agreement on telework in 2002. The results presented here are from a research conducted in a large organization of information technology in Belgium. The research was actually conducted on the issue of ‘mobile working’, a concept which is somewhat larger than traditional forms of telework, and includes working in the clients’ offices, in hotels and elsewhere; the research studied in detail the succession of working places that mobile workers encounter, which is one of the important originalities of the research. This is particularly interesting since it is considered that mobile work has increased over recent years but few surveys have analyzed the detailed content, succession of workplaces, and sources of satisfaction and dissatisfaction, as is done here.
