【 摘 要 】

The article is devoted to analysis of political and legal framework of becoming sovereignty and independence of the Republic of Moldova through international recognition and affirmation. Finally take some evaluations of the period of 25 years of activity of the Republic of Moldova on the coordinates of bilateral and multilateral cooperation of the foreign policy. The final conclusion is that the Republic Moldova is facing again geopolitical alternative, but actually it does not exist.
