【 摘 要 】

Perhaps you will find a paradox, in terms of the existence of a crisis in the field of literary andscientific creation, in my analysis I find my self in a position that can be diametrically opposed to themajority of authors, because I will present the issue of piracy in the analyzed areas, precisely from therecipients’ point of view, those that can use such works without the permission of copyright owners andwithout paying any fees while remaining between the legal permitted limits, without crossing the borderbetween licit and illicit, permitted and prohibited by the law. Therefore, this is an analysis on sometheoretical aspects and it emphasis scientific issues, but rooted, as much as possible in practice.
