【 摘 要 】

Se revisaron de manera retrospectiva 212 casos consecutivos de revascularización aortocoronaria. La edad fue de 51,2 ± 7,7 años, predominaron el sexo masculino (89,2 %), la raza blanca (88,2 %), los fumadores (76,9 %), y la hipertensión arterial (51,9 %). Las complicaciones transoperatorias mayores más frecuentes fueron: hipertensión arterial (16,5 %), BGC (9,9 %), y los procesos isquémicos (14,6 %); y en el posoperatorio: HTA (39, 1 %), procesos isquémicos (31,4 %), BGC (14 %) y las arritmias (13,5 %). La mortalidad fue del 2,4 % en el transoperatorio y del 4,8 % en el posoperatorio inmediato. Two hundred and 12 consecutive cases of aortocoronary revascularization were retrospectively reviewed. Age was of 51,2 " 7,7 years old; masculine sex prevailed (89,21 %), and also white race (88,2 %, smokers (76,9 %) and arterial hypertension (51,9 %). The most frequent intraoperative major complications were arterial hypertension (16,5 %), BGC (9,9 %) and ischemic processes (14,6 %), and among the postoperative complications, HTA (39,1 %), ischemic processes (31,4 %) BGC (14 %) and arrhytmias (13,5 %). Mortality was of 2,4 % in the intraoperative, and of 4,8 % in the immediate postoperative.
