【 摘 要 】

In this article the chamber symphony „The Legend of the Bucium” by V. Ciolac is examined as a composition that reflects the specific features of the milestone period in the development of symphony creation in Moldova. It is analyzed in terms of the evolution of the current named „composition folklorism”.
