【 摘 要 】

Se presentó el caso de una paciente de 30 años de edad, fumadora, raza blanca, con manifestaciones respiratorias de tos seca, molestias precordiales, disnea de esfuerzo y rayos X de tórax con imágenes retículo nodulillares en ambos campos pulmonares. Se le realizó biopsia transbronquial y se le diagnosticó una histiocitosis de células de Langerhans pulmonar
We presented the case of a female white patient of 30 years of age and smoker, who had respiratory manifestations as non-productive cough, precordial pain, labored dyspnea. Her thorax X ray showed reticulo-nodullary images in both pulmonary fields. She was applied a transbronchial biopsy and diagnosed with pulmonary Langerhans-cell histiocytosis
