【 摘 要 】

The purpose of the research is to find out the Effect of Work Environment and Individual Characteristics on the Employee Performance of PT. Cassia Coop Sungai Penuh. The samples taken were 42 people who worked at PT Cassia Coop Sungai Penuh. The method of data analysis in this research is quantitative descriptive method and qualitative descriptive method. The results showed that partially the work environment did not significantly influence the performance of PT. Cassia Coop Sungai Penuh employees. Partially Individual Characteristics have a significant effect on the performance of PT Cassia Coop Sungai Penuh employees. Simultaneously the work environment and individual characteristics significantly influence the performance of the PT Cassia Coop Sungai Penuh employees. The magnitude of the contribution of the influence of work environment variables and Individual Characteristics on the performance of PT Cassia Coop Sungai Penuh employees is 46.4% while the remaining 53.6% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Karakteristik Individu terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Cassia Coop Sungai Penuh. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Cassia Coop Sungai Penuh, kemudian diambil sampel sebanyak 42 orang. Metode analisis data penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif kuantitatif dan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT. Cassia Coop Sungai Penuh. Secara parsial Karakteristik Individu berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT. Cassia Coop Sungai Penuh. Secara simultan lingkungan kerja dan Karakteristik Individu berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT. Cassia Coop Sungai Penuh. Besarnya sumbangan pengaruh variabel lingkungan kerja dan Karakteristik Individu terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT Cassia Coop Sungai Penuh adalah sebesar 46,4% sedangkan sisanya 53,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukan dalam penelitian ini.
