【 摘 要 】

It was aimed in this research, investigate the faculties beliefs about the learning process on English Language from their narratives of learning. To reach this target, the investigation had as theoric framework with different linguistic and social cultural discussions related to the English Language (E.L) on globalization era, beliefs concepts and faculties formation on the idioms. It’s related to a quality and interpretative research (BOGDAN & BIKLEN, 1994; ANDRÉ, 1995), whose corpus was constituted with learning narratives about English Languages of available teachers on database of the project Learning with Memories by Speakers and Apprentices in Foreign Language (AMFALE), by The College of Lettering, Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG). The results of the analisys emphasize the need of rethink on the politics about the formation of the teachers on Languages on Brazil, in order to a possible (re)formulation of the sames, with a view to find innovative subsides for facing the presents challenge, nowadays, on the brazilian teaching education.
