【 摘 要 】

The present work aims to reconstruct the experience of activism for sexual diversity in recent Argentine history. From the contributions of Chantal Mouffe, we investigated the record in which said actors formulated their demands, arguing that the formulation in terms of rights contributed to activate the democratic paradox and question the margins of citizenship.
