【 摘 要 】

Abstract Pembrolizumab and chemotherapy (chemoimmunotherapy) were administered to 2 head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) patients with extremely advanced local tumors and distant metastases with palliative intent. However, they demonstrated strikingly good responses and achieved remission. Expanded application of induction chemoimmunotherapy may be useful for locally advanced HNSCC.
