【 摘 要 】

The features of reactions of the cardiovascular system are considered on the physical loadings in a preparatory period. Researches were conducted before and after championship of Europe 2009 The mathematical analysis of rhythm of heart is resulted. The frequency and fractal methods of research of cardiac rhythm sportsmen the combined team of Ukraine are studied on taekwondo. Informing of some indexes of fractal of cardiac rhythm (coefficient of Khersta) is rotined for determination of readiness of sportsman to competition activity.
