【 摘 要 】

The Bonebridge active transcutaneous bone conduction implant has been used as an effective treatment for hearing rehabilitation in children with aural atresia. It is currently indicated for children aged five and above. We present a case report of two children implanted with the Bonebridge under the age of five and followed up for more than five years. Both children have had good results and continue to wear their implant for approximately 12 hours per day. To our knowledge, this is the first report of long-term results in children implanted with the Bonebridge under the age of five.
