【 摘 要 】

The importance of industrial enterprise innovative development trends is defined with the help of Delphi expert assessment method. Topicality of industrial enterprise innovative development preferred trends estimation in modern conditions and application of expert assessment methods for this purpose is justified, the Delphi method in particular.To implement the Delphi method, a group of specialized experts who evaluated the innovative development trends according to a 100-point system has been created. According to the results of that scored expert assessment the range matrix was created. To assess the relative importance of industrial enterprise innovative development trends the system of statistical indicators has been worked out. The received value of expert opinion agreement measure allows making final conclusions.The best trend to which the highest values of average points, average weight and the lowest value of the average range corresponds is the one of "Development and Implementation of Science-Driven Technologies". The advantage given by experts to the discussed trend is understandable because innovation (novelty) is the product of new science-driven technologies. The relative importance of all other enterprise innovative development trends has also been estimated.Experts have defined the ways and trends that have to be planned and implemented for the transition of an enterprise to innovative development path. Consistent and harmonious realization of all innovative development trends indicated in the profile will enable the enterprise to become competitive in the modern market and to ensure high efficiency of its industrial and commercial activities.
