【 摘 要 】

The United States of America and the Latin America’s countries have made several strategic negotiations about Free Trade, since the end of the XIX Century. One hundred years later this negotiations were named AFTA. This agreement, mistakenly named “Integration” and with an apparent symmetry, lie hidden, not only the asymmetry the styles and histories of national development from both sides of capitalism, but the politic assumption and continental platforms of domination of one of the economics over the rest, with an unconfessed ideological and philosophical depth sustained idealist pilaster of the XIX century.
