【 摘 要 】

The connection between science of monetary law and science of monetary finances is so significant that in today's economic and social developments it transcends the very concept and the dialectic of multidisciplinarity and its function and receives a distinctly pragmatic component, which no longer only concerns the actuality and broader understanding of the concept of multidisciplinarity between legal and economic disciplines This link also emerges as an important determinant of the modern standard of living in which homoeconomicus is personally very interested in the achieved level of monetary and legal stability. The manner of realization of monetary finances in the broadest sense of the word is determined by positive monetary law. These regulations are a reflection of the monetary sovereignty of the state, which in the present circumstances has been transferred to the Central Bank as the supreme monetary institution, which also emerges as the main guardian of monetary prerogatives derived from the structure of monetary sovereignty. We are of the opinion that all monetary prerogatives prima facie reflect the economic side (dimension) of public law monetary management (governance) if we start from the fact that the adoption, implementation, and amendment of monetary law regulations are the backbone of the legal side (dimension) of monetary management. Only in cohesion and full material and formal consistency of legal and economic dimension monetary management can affirm, strengthen and valorize its values.
