【 摘 要 】
Nanostructured emitting materials have recently attracted considerable attention due to their physical and chemical properties for high-performance, nanophotonic and emitting devices. In this research, we propose a single step pulsed laser technique with high repeatability to synthesize different Si/SiO2 nanostructured thin films with high near-infrared (NIR) emissivity at elevated temperatures. We investigated the effects of scanning speed and pulse repetition on the oxidation level and surface morphology, as two main factors in the emissivity performance of fabricated thin film in the NIR range. Based on our results, increasing the pulse repetition rate and reducing the scanning speed both resulted in improved emissivity in fabricated nanostructured thin film.
