【 摘 要 】

We propose to study organizational communication in terms of the effects it brings about, and for this to consider it as an aesthetical experience and to position ourselves inside the turn-to-affect. After the methodological challenges of such a perspective are presented, we present its dual movement that takes distance to the representation towards on one hand a sensitive presence as unmediated as possible, and reflexivity on the other hand. Contact with communication goes first through touching/being touched, possibly a contamination, an experimentation of the experience. This contact then induces political reflexivity and ethical reflexivity, as well as a search for a performative writing, capable in turn to affect the reader.
