【 摘 要 】

ThearticleanalyzesthequestionsofCustomsControloverpreciousmetals and precious stones moving across the customs border. It is noted thattheaimoftheStateControlistoverifystatutorycomplianceoftheState – a member of the Customs Union in foreign trade transactions with precious stones and products. Special attention is paid to the basic directions of the activity, characteristic of State Control in relation to precious metals and precious stones.
