During the examination community-acquired pneumonia was revealed. Comprehensive examination included computed tomography, which showed a right lung tumor with secondary changes in the organs of the chest and abdomen. An esophagogastroduodenoscopy showed gastric metastases of melanoma.Conclusion. Symptoms of melanoma metastasis in the gastrointestinal tract are nonspecific, more often metastases become apparent with a significant dissemination of the process.
