【 摘 要 】

The public ministry is the body that represents the society by the repression of criminals and the mobilization and exercising the public action on every type of offence, basing on the competences provided by the law because of its competence. Kinship influents on the work of public ministry by the restriction of its freedom in exercising criminal prosecution proceedings, it constitutes an obstacle to the public prosecutor in appreciating the public action in both normal and exceptional offences, because of the kinship relationship.
