【 摘 要 】

The present article reflects our investigations and studies regarding labor productivity of wage-workers at enterprises, personal, economic, political and legal reasons were underlined influencing to make the decision to change the place of work or type of activity. It was investigated and reflected the comparative analysis of income and efforts of  wage-workers, freelance workers and businessmen. Modern and classic scientific literature were studied as for approaches to essence of labor and factors influencing its executing.

According to our obserbation the reduction of integrated index of wage-workers efforts sooner or later happens with everyone who works at the enterprise, institute or other organisation and is not a businessman. Such things take place by means of circumstances which were not the main idea of investigation in the present article and which are of no less importance to our mind. We also decided not to talk about reasonability of execution and development of business activity to avoid the complex of wage-worker or the opposite way which means the reasonability to be a wage-worker to preserve tranquility and steadiness in income  or in its steady increase. The object of the present work was to analyse and to give our proper observation concerning the sequence of events in certain topic in economic active society. Everybody makes the decision by himself taking into consideration his own life circumstances
