【 摘 要 】

This article studies the legal responses of the Central American Integration System (sica) with regards to mobility rights during the years 2014-2018. For this purpose, we will study sica’s institutional arrangements, its competent organs regarding mobility rights and their approach of freedom of movement. In addition, we will stress the most relevant actions adopted within its framework and that reveal some of the challenges that the Central American integration process is facing.
