【 摘 要 】
The non-contentious proceedings are a special type of civil proceedings in which courts or other bodies or publicofficials proceed and decide in personal, family, property, and other legal matters (non-contentious matters) that areto be decided in a non- contentious proceeding, as provided by the law. Due to the specificity of the non-contentiousmatters in each national civil procedural system, the non-contentious proceedings is regulated separately accordingto the needs. Precisely because of this, there are no universal (typical) non-contentious proceedings. However,despite the national legal variations in the regulation of non-contentious proceedings, if the non-contentiousproceedings are analyzed at a macro level in the Romanian, German and Scandinavian circles of the civil lawsystem, one can notice that each of these process circles shows particularities. Precisely because of this, the subjectof this paper will be the non-contentious proceedings in the civil law system and the future directions itsdevelopment.
