【 摘 要 】

Recognition is proving to be a productive category in the field of ethics. In this study its potential benefit in the field of bioethics is investigated. This objective is addressed in three stages. In the first, the basic and comprehensive framework of bioethics is redefined, with the purpose of facilitating the provided projection of that category, in addition to fine tuning it. In the second, the notion of recognition is broadly described, implying the prospect of dignity and difference, both individually and collectively, including justice. In the third, the category is applied to the frame of bioethics previously defined, which we believe demonstrates its utility.
