【 摘 要 】

Violations of rights and all international treaties that are aimed at safeguarding the life and honor of indigenous peoples and communities in the Department of Chocó (Colombia) do not cease, 514 years later, the system of government that stigmatized and annihilated the system Of indigenous self-government to plunder its riches, continues to end the indigenous peoples and communities in a systematic way.
