【 摘 要 】

The paper proposes to present the waythrough which the neutral treatment methodinfluences the performance indicators of an electricalenergy distribution service. In the paper are presentedboth the calculation methods for all indicators as wellas their evolution using as reference two differentelectric stations pertaining to Distribuţie EnergieOltenia (DEO), stations which during 2017 have hadtheir neutral treatment method changed. Theindicators regarding the quality of the transport anddistribution service, as well as the quality of theelectric energy distributed through the electricaltransport network (RET) and the electricaldistribution network (RED) represent an essentialfactor in the substantiation of the technical andeconomic elements related to the execution/modernization of the electric networks and influencegreatly the economic efficiency of the users’ activity.In the category of users of the electric networks areincluded the consumers of electric energy, thedistribution operator, the producers and othernetwork operators connected to the networks of thenational electrical system (SEN).
