【 摘 要 】

A simple method for preparation of a dual mode composite nanoparticles,which combine fluorescence and surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) imaging capability,is proposed in this paper.4-mercaptopyridine coated silver nanopaticles (AgNPs) were used to generate SERS signal,a thin layer of polydopamine was then coated on AgNPs to adsorb fluorescent rhodamine 6G to generate fluorescence signal.The composite nanoparticles that we gained show good image and drug release capability for cancer cell when excited by lasers with proper wavelength,which provide good prospect in application for organism image and drug controlled delivery.
