【 摘 要 】

The present study reveals the implication of the laws in residential architecture of Bessarabia from the period of the XIXth century. Normative documents are examined, the basic parameters, which influences the development of particular buildings, are identified. Geometry modeling buildings is determined by a number of laws containing restrictions on appearance and the planimetric configuration.
