【 摘 要 】

this article seeks to find keys of interpretation to determine the relationship between technological artifacts and human rights from a phenomenological perspective. To achieve this goal we proceed to conceptualize previous aspectssuchastechnoscience,naturalandartificialworld to further analyze and interpret the contributions of Martin Heidegger’s proposal and its impact on how the relationship is established with the artifacts from their supposed neutrality.
