【 摘 要 】

Poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) fibers with two molecular weightswere prepared via electrospinning process. In this process, theconcentration of spinning depended drastically on the gelationprocess. Also, it was experimentally smaller than obtainedconcentration in the solution entanglement number approach(SENA). Proof of this incompatibility was explained by theproperties of PVDF and its solutions with DMF (i.e. PVDFcrystallization, microgel formation and spinodal decomposition).These factors caused to early stabilize liquid jet. Also, early gelationinhibited from the fiber formation by blockage of syringe needlewith Mw = 180,000 g/mol and early spinodal decomposition helps tofiber formation by isolated droplets of polymer-rich phase withMw=275,000 g/mol. Finally, a mechanism was proposed for theelectrospinning of these solutions.
