【 摘 要 】

The article deals with the conflict of systems (parties) with respect to game theory, military conflicts, conflicts, an intruder is a protected information environment. The mathematical apparatus allowing to consider reflexive management at planning of strategy of actions of the conflicting systems is offered. It is proposed to conduct reflexive management at the data level by planning reflexive control actions, checking the availability of resources for their conduct and at the knowledge level by planning actions on reflexive control by axioms that are stored in the knowledge base.
