【 摘 要 】
Ixora brachiata belongs to the Rubiaceae family used as traditional medicine for varied disease related ailments. In the present investigation AgNPs was endorsed and characterized by UV–Vis spectrophotometer, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) with Energy dispersive (EDaX), TEM techniques, and X-Ray Diffraction analysis (XRD) and DLS and Zeta studies. Further developed in Antioxidant, Antimicrobial, Anti-diabetic and Larvicidal activity. The synthesis of AgNPs was confirmed by UV with highest absorption peak at 415 nm. FTIR grades showed excited functional groups of bimolecular such as alkenes, alcohol and aldehydes groups were detected. The XRD results reported that AgNPs were crystalline. SEM and TEM study exhibit a spherical shape with size of 15.71–84.97 nm and zeta potential of AgNPs was 0.67 mV indicating moderate stability12.mV. AgNPs showed that effective antioxidant of in vitro studies in DPPH assay IC50 value 433.04 μg/ml to 358.12 μg/ml and Hydroxyl radical IC50 value 422.77 μg/ml to 342.49 μg/ml and ABTS+ radical assay IC50 value 407.12 μg/ml to 315.35 μg/ml compared to standard. Antimicrobial analysis in different species from bacteria and fungi in various zones of inhibitions and AgNPs was strongly inhibited α-amylase IC50 178.16 μg/ml and α-Glucosidase IC50173.35 μg/ml compared to standard. Larvicidal bioassay of AgNPs against in Aedes aegypti LC50 10.11 mg/ml, LC90 27.86 mg/ml and culex quinquefasciatus LC50 in 9.11 mg/ml, LC90 35.86 mg/ml of larvae mortality. The antioxidant capability, antiglycemic, antimicrobial and larvicidal actions could be considered as an alternative for based pharmaceutical intervention with further validation of our findings.
