【 摘 要 】

The subject of the sources of administrative law is one of the standard subject we study in relation to the general principles of administrative law.In addition to the legislative and customary sources, the case law has played a primary role in the elaboration of this field of law in its source country. However the vision of the classical doctrine of the sources in administrative law does not seem comprehensive in its approachto this topic in the Algerian context as it is necessary to uncover another source that is rather of a purely historic interest in some countries, that of Islamic law. Doing so will require another approach to the theory of sources in administrative law. The focus of my research is defining this new approach.
