【 摘 要 】

Outsourcing has involved heated debate on the adequacy of prism the requirements of a savage capitalism at the expense of decent work, conquered throughout history the hard way, and / or flexibility of labor standards as a reasonable bulwark for the preservation of the companies in a world increasingly globalized and competitive. It will analyze feasibility of outsourcing in the Brazilian labor law, specifically in the private sector, as imbued with the lines of PL 4.330 / 2004. To meet the research objectives we used the deductive method and techniques of the referent and literature.
