【 摘 要 】

Most of the economic problems of the last twenty years, including the economic crisis and the transition to a market economy as well as theapplication of development reforms in different countries, hiding the economic reality, led and will lead to a constantly changing labor market. Since its installation, the crisis has produced great changes in the Romanian economy, the most affected sector being the labor market.
